These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Live Translator+ application ("the App"), operated by Yay Apps Ltd. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own lawful, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Translations of voice, text and images are generated automatically by third-party AI systems. We do not guarantee that any translation is accurate, complete, reliable, or fit for a particular purpose. Do not rely on the App for medical, legal, financial, safety, emergency, or other critical matters.
You are solely responsible for the audio, images and text you submit. You confirm you have the rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, harmful, or confidential content, and not to misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App. Content you submit is sent to third-party AI services for processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
Premium features require a paid subscription processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed via RevenueCat. Payment is charged to your store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
The App depends on third parties (including Google AI, Google Firebase, RevenueCat, and app stores) that have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yay Apps Ltd and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App or its translations. Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yay Apps Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time. The disclaimers and liability limitations survive termination.
These Terms are governed by applicable law where the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
